Shilla Stay Guro

I had a fantastic stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service at the front desk. A special thank you to Miss Rami (morning) and Miss Chloe (afternoon) at the check-in counter. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with every question made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their warm smiles and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. In summary, everything was perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel also offers a great buffet breakfast, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and a wide variety of foods—a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The spacious room, complete with ample storage and convenient amenities like multinational sockets, made me feel right at home. The comfortable sofa provided a cozy spot to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was generously sized, and the stunning view from the twelfth floor added a touch of luxury. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with a convenience store just steps away and a train station within walking distance. Plus, the early opening hours of Lotteria and Krispy Kreme made it easy to grab a quick breakfast.

10/10 The location is superb, literally a 2min walk to Line 2 subway that takes you everywhere. Breakfast was lovely with great chefs and tasty food. The rooms were spacious, modern and really cosy, especially the shower. Great view of the city and the best part was how lovely and friendly all the staff were. From the room engineers to breakfast staff and front desk, everybody was so kind and helpful. Even the trainee staff (shoutout to Annie) was so cheerful and wonderful to me and my daughter. Honestly, as our last couple of nights in Korea, Shilla was a safe and wonderful hotel to end our trip!

Shilla Stay Guro is a wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, a great location, and a cozy atmosphere. But what truly sets it apart is the staff — and especially Chloe at the front desk. Ten points aren’t enough to describe Chloe’s kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. She explained everything clearly, was incredibly polite, and genuinely caring. I’m especially thankful for how understanding she was when I requested a late checkout — my wife is pregnant, and her support meant a lot to us. I’ve never encountered such a warm and thoughtful front desk staff member. Chloe is a true example of excellence in hospitality. I highly recommend Shilla Stay Guro and sincerely hope you're lucky enough to meet Chloe during your stay — she’s simply the best! Highly recommended!

This hotel was a 4-minute walk from the airport bus stop and an 8-minute walk from the subway station, according to naver maps. However, the walk may feel a little longer when you are carrying suitcases. There is a GS25 conveniently located just a few steps from the hotel entrance, which is open 24 hours and convenient for late night snack runs. There were several other restaurants and shops in the vicinity, but I did not explore the area much. The room itself was nice and included a couch and a table, which came in handy for work. It was spacious enough compared to other Seoul hotels I've stayed in. They do not provide wash cloths for bathing but since I had traveled to South Korea last year, I was prepared with my own.
