Shilla Stay Guro - Guro Digital Complex Station

Location was quite good as we could get line 2 which was a 3 minute walk away! The room was clean and the bathroom was nice . i cant complain it was great value for money and the staff were lovely and super helpful. Rami Kim was also super helpful and even helped me make a reservation for a restaurant as i was struggling to do it on the local apps. Really pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Seoul!

I had a fantastic stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service at the front desk. A special thank you to Miss Rami (morning) and Miss Chloe (afternoon) at the check-in counter. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with every question made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their warm smiles and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. In summary, everything was perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel also offers a great buffet breakfast, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and a wide variety of foods—a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a good location, though a bit far from the historical centre, with access to both the subway and quite a few busses. There were many great places where one can eat or go shopping, as well as cherry blossom alleyways for pedestrians along the canal. The bed was comfortable, the view from the 21st floor (where our room was located) pretty good, the paid breakfast very delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best and were able to fulfill my special request for early check in on very short notice. Not only that, they even gave us free heat packs to keep us warm during the winter season which was a very sweet gesture! The hotel room is clean and spacious enough for the price you’re paying. Not only that, the location is great too with many delicious restaurants and shopping areas just a short walking distance from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks shilla stay hotel!
